Frozen Hallandale

Just received my Lavender Sky-Hallandale High Extended Treatment plan, six vials. Two of them are about half frozen (its 25 degrees here today and I opened the package within five minutes of delivery, it was delivered in my lobby).

I emailed Lavender Sky. Is that all I have to do? Will the vials be replaced? Do we think my other four vials are normal? Or did they defrost and will be less effective?
