I guess I should be shocked but I’m not…

I recently went to the P!nk Concert (it was AMAZING btw!) and took my daughter. It was her first concert so I wanted to get her a concert t-shirt. Luckily there was a merch booth right outside the stadium and the lines weren’t bad at all. She picked the shirt she wanted before we hit the front and we knew we wanted to get it oversized. We get to the front and ask for the shirt in the size we want. The clerk hands it to us and rings it up. He helped us for about 45 seconds. He then turns the little iPad around and I see a request for a tip! For grabbing a presorted shirt out of a bin! I happily clicked “no tip” and signed away.

I can only imagine how much extra money they made on people that felt obligated bc it’s there in front of them.
