[Mobile/IOS][2010-2015?] 2D Pokemon/Monster Catching Clone with Geo-Location Features.

Alright so this is going to be pretty hard to find I think. The only things I can recall about this pokemon clone game was that the main color style was blue and either a fake/semi legit geolocation game. It had a SCI-FI-ish feel to it and if I remember correctly weather impacted the monsters you could find on the map/globe. I must have been between the ages of 10-15 (Years above) as I played this on the 1st Generation IPad. Also not sure if this matters but I JailBroke my IPad, not sure if there were only jailbroken apps or not back then but just wanted to mention that just in case.
