Tinnitus spike has me scared

I've had tinnitus for a few years now, from a concert. It's worse on my right ear due to how the speakers were angled. Anyway, for the past 2/3 weeks my tinnitus has increased a little bit (I think due to stress) Today, it's way more noticable than usual in my right ear, to where I hear it when I'm driving and out and about (usually, I only notice it when I'm trying to sleep or if I go to a really quiet room/area after a louder one). I've also had a little bit of pain in that ear, and it feels sort of plugged. I've had a small spike before but it only lasted a few days.

For the past 2ish months, I've been under immense stress and have been sleeping way less than I should. Last month I had a pretty severe bacterial infection and had to take some strong antibiotics. I haven't been drinking enough water either. From what I've read, these things can all contribute to a spike, but I'm lowkey panicking that it won't return to normal which is definitely not helping LOL. I just needed to vent about it. I'm going to try my best to relax and fix my sleep schedule starting tonight. I'm also seeing my doctor next week and will ask if she can check if I have too much earwax or something.
