Karnix Longbow or Toubleks Staff

So im new to Thrones an Liberty and im following a Staff and Longbow Dps build guide, I know that weapons are the most importand gear to focus on when switching to purple gear but I was wondering which of those 2 weapons I should Craft first because I almost have all my soul shards to craft one of these weapons.
