Bracket orders changing by itself?

This issue suddenly appeared today and AFAIK the bracket orders that I last set it on, regardless of if I entered a trade or not for that particular stock, shouldn't change when I click away to other stocks and come back.

For example I traded NVDA with a +1.00 LIMIT and -0.50 STOP then I went to TSLA to trade with a +5.00 LIMIT and -1.00 STOP. I then come back to NVDA and it's bracket order becomes +0.80 LIMIT and -1.20 STOP or the same bracket order as I entered on TSLA or sometimes just a combination of random numbers.

Anyone else have this issue? I got stopped out 4 times when I haven't caught on to this issue and still manually changed my bracket order and they still changed themselves randomly. Talked to support and they said it's my fault for not reviewing my order before entering.
