Did Gloria know Tony was married?

I was always under the impression that she didn't know because she seems surprised when she runs into Carmella, but Tony is always wearing his wedding ring around her and she notices the ring Carmella is wearing so she looks at people's jewellery. Also I feel like it's exactly the kind of thing she'd do to wait till the right moment to make an issue out of it. So, did she know he was married the whole time?
