Most Improved Actor over the series?

I think a lot of the cast grew more into their roles and became better actors overall during the show. James Gandolfini is for sure one that I think really developed his acting skills with the character he had. I also think one of the most improved actors was Joseph Gannascoli, who played Vito. From the first scene in the bakery waiting to pick up his baked goods, and then in that diner talking with Ralphie and just staring into his tiny little espresso cup, he started off small. And by the last season, he has his own story line and his acting was improved to the point it really felt like a different person. He might have lost a lot of weight, but he gained a whole lot in his acting. I say ah salut to him.
