Thermaltake Level 20 XT tempered glass

i have the thermaltake level 20 XT.
On the product page it says very clearly that the glass is "
ultra-durable 4mm tempered glass"
Under such specifications (60cm * 38 cm *0.4 cm)
provided equal weight distribution it should be able to hold about 300KGs on top of it. I want much less than that (30KG).
Can you please confirm that it is actually tempered glass and not annealed? (annealed would only have about 100KG which is still more than enough but much riskier)
