Gloves while harvesting

I wish the gloves stayed on while harvesting. The way you can see your bare hands just reminds me of when you used to be unable to see your gloves while holding stuff. You have to use the same logic of like, "I guess it makes sense that we would take our gloves off while doing x". But I don't know. It takes like two hours to quarter an animal in the freezing cold. Also personally I would rather get blood on gloves than on my hands (like can you imagine stuffing your bloody hands back in your gloves and then probably sweating in them? Gross).
