does this go on sale on steam

i checked steam price history but the last recorded sale was in 2021 idk if its just that it hasnt been updated since then but i wanted to ask if i should wait for this to go on sale on steam or if its worth paying the full price or even if i shouldnt buy it on steam at all bcs the console version is better tysm
