Brokerage charges
We have an apartment that we give on rent. It's time to renew the contract and the broker is asking for 1 month rent as brokerage and an extra 2k as fees for registering the agreement. Isn't making the agreement part of his duties as a broker and shouldn't this be included in his brokerage fees? Or is it normal to pay extra for the agreement on top of 1 month rent as brokerage even on renewal? How does it usually work?
