My teacher gave me a 600% when I actually failed accidentally, do I tell her?

My teacher gave me a 600% on on one of our final tests when I should have gotten a 60%. (She accidentally did 24/4 instead of 2.4/4. My overall grade is 160% so its still suspicious if anyone looks over it before the semester grades go out. Is there a chance I could sneak this past her and onto my report card?
