why is my monitor going black

today my monitor js fully went black when i loaded a match and in rainbow six siege, and ever since that it started going black sometimes often, but just a few minutes ago it was happening every second and i had to reset my pc and it stopped but it did it 2x im worried this is gonna keep coming back anyone know why?
