My PC has been lagging out of nowhere

My pc has started lagging out of nowhere with MASSIVE lag i cant move my mouse without it freezing for at least 2 minutes.

I am running a malwarebytes scan but its stuck at "Scanning memory" for 55 minutes right now.

What do i do because i have some important things and work on it, and have i been Hacked?
