Help with migrating email

I’ve been meaning to change my email address on Gmail and have hoped that Google would implement a way to but they still haven’t. Because of this I need to create a new email account, and there are a few things I need to add to the new email account. Those being Google Authenticator codes, Google keeps notes, old emails, Google docs, sheets, slides, etc, and passwords saved to my Google account. I understand that I still need to update the email for all my accounts but if anyone has any help on an easy way to migrate any of the above Google products, please let me know.
