Looking for Electric Kettle Recommendations

Hello! I hope all is well, I was wondering what would be a good electric kettle for someone who is a super novice when it comes to tea. My mom and I like to drink tea, usually black and oolong. I had a generic brand gooseneck tea kettle from amazon and it's sadly seen it's last day, so I'd like to get something a little nicer in quality.

There's so many different kettles its a little overwhelming! I know for sure I'd want one with temperature control, with no-contact to any plastic on the inside. A big selling point for me for our old one was that it was stainless steel all inside, but the temperature panel was a little finicky. You could set the modes for different teas, but it was hard to adjust it by actual degrees (it had a small touchscreen on the handle). If there's a brand with a lot of color options that'd also be a plus! We have a blue/mint/teal colored theme and I'd like to maintain the aesthetic somewhat. I was looking at Smeg and Haden for aesthetics, and Cuisinart and Kitchenaid. I saw a Cosori kettle on amazon as well, it's all glass on the inside and doesn't seem to have any plastic on the interior. Also ease of cleaning, but, I don't see why or how any of the kettles would be hard to clean unless they had some sort of tiny opening, and I have cleaning tools for that.

Any feedback on those brands or advice/recommendations for other brands is greatly appreciated!
