2 Xbox controllers, one tv

So I'm using moonlight+ sunshine to stream my pc games to my tcl c765 and connect my Xbox controller directly to the tv to play.

My question is if I were to buy a second controller could I connect the 2 controllers at the same time and play games that support co-op?
