Anxiety that someone recognizes my design

So, at the time I didn't know much about tattoos, and I told my artist that I want this tattoo. I told him he has creative freedom, I trust him, since I heard every tattoo artist has their own "style", but I guess I should have been more direct that I don't want a direct copy. The lines around it are new, placement and size is slightly different but that's about it, idk if it's fair to call that "inspiration".

Don't get me wrong, I love the design, and I love my tattoo, but I'm worried people will know the original design, call me out for it and judge me ._. (Original post had like 300k views, which is not a lot on a global scale but still)

Should I change it/cover it up? If so, how? Or will this anxiety go away? It's been about a week and I've been stressing about this nonstop for the past 2 days. I know it's dumb, but I can't help it.
