Design help/ Ai designs

Heya, so I’m looking to get my first tattoo and have been wanting a dragon design that sort of wraps my arm and is visible both on my forearm and upper arm like bicep. Wondering if anyone has seen anything similar or what a good Ai app to use is. Thanks so much :)
