Opinions on signatures

Was wondering if anyone has their tattoo artist’s signature? I’m getting this large back piece still in process but I find that his work is literal ART so I was wondering if it would be cool to get his signature! still on the fence just wondering if anyone else has gotten it done and still is okay with it?
