Worried I ruined a new tattoo with sweat

I got a new tattoo today and then had to be in a bad gym. 4 hours later you can’t see much color, the middle is full of ink or blood, and there is sweat leaking out from under the bandage. I want to prepare myself if it’s ruined or if anyone else messed up this badly and it was still okay. My artist had incredibly straight lines and I’m gutted thinking that I destroyed his work.
