Tattoo placement advice

I've been debating on getting a tattoo on the left side of my chest, right below the collarbone. How was the pain level for anyone with similar placement on chest, especially any fellow women out there? I know it's softer tissue so it might be more uncomfortable. Also, has anyone regretted getting a tattoo on their chest? Like, is it harder to conceal or anything like that?
