Can the cards suggest something 'unethical'?

Hi! So I've been asking for insight and guidence for my relationship with my inlaws and as an advice card I drew the Hierophant, which is the card signifying concealment, deception and conformity for the sake of geeting along with the group and upholding status quo. And I started to think about whether cards can give this kind of advice. Is Tarot morally neutral?
