Where do you go to to find hiking paths/trails?

In Australia, we have https://wildwalks.com/ which has all hiking trails and walking paths for greater NSW with all details about them.

Does Taiwan have something similar? I've seen lots of blogs here and there with trail information, but I've not found anything comprehensive. I'd like to start hiking every weekend but don't know where to start here. I live further down South but I assume there's a Taiwan-wide resource out there that I just haven't found yet.

Chinese resources are OK too
