What are some MUST see book stores around the world?

I enjoy traveling and plan to do some more in the near future. After visiting an adorable local bookstore with much character, I thought it would be cool to visit book stores around the world. Some have nice cafes and crazy layouts. I want to make a must see book store list so when I travel to those places, I can visit these book stores. Do you have some to recommend?
