SD has other SBs

I may sound like a brat for this one but I just wanna get this off my chest. Is it normal to feel jealous (or even be insecure) if I know my sugar daddy has other sugar babies? I also feel scared that maybe I would get STDs because of it.

On the day we met, he casually told me that he has another SB here in my country (I can even see him spoiling her and they met a day AFTER we met) and they did it days before we met (which ofc shocked me) but we did it with condom since I also don’t know if they did with one. We also exchange messages on IG (his “dump” acc) so I can see if there’s a new follower or someone new he’s following. And since he has been traveling for weeks in different countries, I saw that there’s a new girl that’s following him so I know that it’s another baby in that country. Is it normal or I’m feeling entitled? Should I talk to him about it?
