Why is calyrex shadow rider ranked higher than zacian in gen 8 viability rankings?

So i was just looking at old gen viability rankings and found that calyrex shadow is ranked s+ when zacian is ranked s even though only zacian was found problematic in gen 8? Why is that? IS calyrex a better sweeper here or does it have another uses i dont know about?
