Taylor Swift Vienna OETicket/stubhub transfer

Could anyone explain the process of how you transfer your stubhub ticket to OEticket and what to do if its not in your name? My Eras tour tickets now say they wont be delivered until the day before the concert. I just want to know what to do in case theres a promlem.
