What would be the best 2nd team build?

I've managed to push past the first few 2 team story mode fights with a Sagat merc added (swapped for Dhalsim). But wondering if my 2nd team build sucks, and I need to improve the build. Any thoughts/suggestions/ideas would be appreciated. Any advice guys?
