NA beer saved me today

I’ve been keeping NA wine and beer in the house in case of triggering moments aka “emergencies”. Got in an argument with my partner at 11:00 a.m. and normally would have drank. Instead I opened a NA Stella Artois (100% AF!), drank half of it, and then the moment passed. At this point I’m utilizing all resources to just not drink alcohol. Grateful for another day sober my friends! 🙏🏻
