Alcohol is a scam

Drank all my youth away. Now I'm 39. Been an year since i decided to quit. But it has been relapses all along.

But today im 36 odd days sober. Urges are gone. No desire whatsoever to drink again. It certainly is getting easier as the days go by.

Head is clear. Confidence is up. Sleep is great. Taking back control of my life 🙌
