Is this safe? (Chimney Replacement)
My Chimney was just replaced and my oil burner was not exhausting, I took the pipes off and in this picture is the hole in the wall the the furnace would connect to, is the flue line ok being that low or is it supposed to be showing at all? I don't know if it is safe! Any help would be appreciated. I cleared the debris that was blocking it and it is venting properly and not backing up in the house, I did the "Flame Test" and there is vacuum but this just doesn't feel right.
