My first year as a King fan
What an absolute joy this has been. Read my first 6 King books this year and loved them all. I technically read Gunslinger in my 20s, but that was a poor choice as a first King book and I don't count it. Currently reading Gerald's Game. Started It and Carrie also this year but didn't get into them, stories about kids and teens kind of annoy me, will definitely get back to them.
Current ranking
1 ) The Stand and Misery (tie), perfect 10/10 2) Under the Dome 3) 11-23-63 (UTD and this are SO CLOSE, I think I just like the characters in Dome better) 4) Pet Semetary 5) The Shining (As good as the movie in different ways, both are great imo)
Next up: - Gerald's Game (currently reading) - Duma Key - Thinner - Hearts in Atlantis - Salem's Lot
I think after these I wanna try a short story collection.
Any recommendations are welcome!
