How rare is a pre-revision gunslinger copy?

I noticed that my gunslinger copy is from 1997, and I think I once read that after the gunslinger's revised version coming out in 2003, the original version went out of print.

Is there a certain rarity to this edition similair to the thing with rage ? (obviously less extreme because this book is still in print in a different version)

I'm not hoping for it to be valuable in any way, I'm just curious whether I was lucky to get a somewhat uncommon edition by chance!
