Nova 7 Dongle connection issue

Hey guys, I bought a Nova 7 wireless and it arrived today, however I'm having some issues connecting the headset to the dongle over 2.4hz.

The issue is that when I plug the dongle in, it lights up for 2/3 seconds then turns off. If I'm quick I can hold the button down for 4 seconds to try and put it in pairing mode, however it only stays in this mode for 2/3 seconds as well before turning off.

If my headset is already in paring mode (white light flashing) and I repeat these steps I get an audible beep from the headset, but no connection shows up on my PC, as well as the light on the dongle once again turns off.

:I've tried the following:

-Hard reset the head set with the tiny button on this inside of the ear cup
-Tried multiple USB ports
-Tried multiple PC's

Anyone having a similar issue? The bluetooth works fine, but I'm looking to get it set up inside my GG engine. Hoping I don't have to return this.
