I’ll take some rebuilding years at the bottom over this and I’ll explain why.

If we’re rebuilding and hitting depths we’ve never reached before we at least have signs of progression. Going from 4-12 to 7-9 to 12-5 means we’re seeing progression of some type. We’re basically looking at quality seasons with no signs of growth and progression with this current clown show. Getting run out of the playoffs every year in an embarrassing fashion isn’t exactly a confidence builder either. The list goes on and on but the players are tired of putting effort only to be hamstrung by poor schemes, poor adjustments, bad concepts and leadership left in the dust by younger talented coaching.
