Data is seeking to become more like Humans with emotions and learning about humanity and Seven of Nine is a liberated Borg drone trying to learn what it is like to embrace her human side and abandon the Borg feelings, seems like Data and Seven could be the perfect couple especially if Data attached his emotion chip to Seven and downloaded his emotions and memories and feelings into Seven.

Both of them would really have a good chemistry and debate for hours and years over boring things, she might even convince Data to become a Cyborgnetic Android using living tissue over his Android body like the Borg Queen did to him and comparing stories of the Borg since both had many encounters with them.
