Performance Settings

I've been playing Star Citizen for some time now with an mid end PC, RX 480 with a 2700x so performance was understandably not too great. Now I've gotten a new build, a 3080 ti and a 12900k, which is a considerable jump from my last build, but I still get slow gameplay. I've watched many youtube gameplays of Star Citizen and see that their gameplay is smooth and fast. I run the game on an NVME drive with graphics settings turned up and CPU related settings on medium but what else can I do to increase fps and simulate the performance those of youtubers?
