Help

I purchased the game and have yet to get past the tutorial. First it was a number of glitches (for instance it didn't realize i opened the door but also wouldn't let me in to try again to trigger the next task) but now I can simply not launch the game. I've tried many things including deleting user/shader/bin64 and verifying files. Nothing seems to work. I can load into one of the arena games like the tanks but otherwise no luck in the verse. Live 4.0 btw
