On The Edge Zalissya - No Hamster Dialogue Prompts

Has anyone found a workaround for this? Finally was able to start and proceed with the Zalissya defense side quest line and I have went and gotten Warlocks weapon for him, killed the monlithian scouts.

Now when I go to try and talk to Hamster for supplies, there is no dialogue prompts available (aside from asking him what's poppin around the Zone), no trade option, ect.

Anybody else experienced this or found a workaround?
