Is my first Spyderco real or fake?

Got it off Amazon. Reviews were decent. But from most pics I’ve seen on Spyderco, the logo is dark or black. This one is a like almost a holographic light color. It’s not super snappy out of the box but I just assume its pivot screw is too tight. I haven’t seen any misspellings in the box and literature it came with. Any help?
