My current fleet/Looking for recommendations

I got on a kick recently after getting the flu and reaching for anything that would clear my sinuses. These arranged (roughly) by heat with the far right being the hottest. I purchased Elijah’s extreme regret because it was frequently recommended as one of the hottest non-extract sauces, and I love it, but I’ve been a little disappointed by the heat. I’ve got a bottle of Tobasco Scorpion on the way. Any other recommendations?
