What's the best SoulsLike I can pay with an 8gb ram laptop?

I have played quite a few, all of the original dark souls trilogy, Sekiro might be my favourite game of all time, lies of p is French kiss, hollow knight, recently played nine sols and loved it. But all I have is an 8gb lap top. Help me scratch this never sated itch!
