Looking for a software for Parking

Hello everyone,

I work at a mall, and we offer overnight RV parking for visitors who register in advance. We're currently in need of a software solution to streamline this process and ensure a smooth experience for our guests.

Here are our specific requirements:

Automatic Booking: We need a software solution that can automatically accept or decline bookings based on the availability of RV parking spaces.

Capacity Management: The software should prevent new bookings when we've reached our maximum capacity and automatically decline further reservations.

Occupancy Tracking: It's crucial that the software can keep track of who is currently parked in our lot to manage available spaces effectively.

Limit Booking Duration: We want to restrict bookings to a maximum of 2 consecutive nights to ensure fair usage of our facilities.

We have had problems finding booking softwares that allow for "appointments" that aren't just 60 minutes and can last two days, If anyone has experience with or knows of software that meets these requirements, I'd greatly appreciate your recommendations. I am open to both free and paid options, so please share any suggestions you think might be a good fit for my needs.
