Bn-link thermostat blinking

Anyone that own this thermostat or anyone that know about thermostat, why is my thermostat blinking, it was working for over 2 years until it decided to start blinking and the heating is not working. I unplug and plug it back in to the socket it works again until it blinks again anyone knows why?
