HELP! Smiskis in Japan

My sister’s boyfriend has been in Japan since Sunday and he still hasn't found any smiskis. Before he left I made him download the Sonny angels app. Ever since he arrived at Japan they've been sold out. So my question is, is Japan currently sold out of smiskis/ Sonny angels? He’s last day is this Sunday.
