All-in-one website, POS & eCommerce payment and marketing email for side project

Wife is a former pastry chef and wants to start a side project selling baked goods she'll be making at home. Her idea is to sell at local events and through her website, all locally. We imagine sales will be in the $25-$150 range.

We're looking for recommendations for an all-in-one platform to build her website, manage online and in-person credit card payments, and send out marketing emails (any other essentials to think about; revenue numbers for tax perhaps?)
