How to send a wire with a credit card?

Long story short I need a loan for $10k. It’s to buy inventory. Loan will be repayed fully in less than 6 months.

I’d prefer to not get charged 15% interest or whatever it is on a loan but I need cash for a wire. Credit cards have 0% interest first 12-18 months.

How can I use a credit card to get the $10k? Is this possible? To convert credit to cash.
