Sleep amount
So I need a loooot of sleep (like 9.30+ hours) to feel good during the day but this amount doesn't allow me to go to bed to a decent time the same day (I will be able to go to bed like at 2 am). So when I wake up the day after I feel destroyed and I will necessity 9.30+ hours that will lead me to the same vicious circle . How do I deal with it?
